Carragan Huerta
Carragan is a Certified Law Student and Investigative Paralegal. Carragan works on civil litigation and criminal defense matters. Carragan has substantial experience as a Victims Rights Advocate representing victims of sexual assault and domestic violence. Carragan also spent time as an aid in City Councilman Paul Caprioglio’s office in District 4.
Carragan graduated Magna Cum Laude from California State University, Fresno with a Bachelor of Science in Criminology and Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy. Presently she is a 3rd year Juris Doctor Candidate at the San Joaquin College of Law where she has won several Witkin Awards in Legal Methods, Appellate Advocacy, Moot Court, and Criminal Procedure.
Nichole Atkinson
Nichole has been a Paralegal for the last 10 years. Nichole provides litigation support including trial support for civil and criminal matters. Nichole manages the practices discovery load as well as drafting various pleadings and related documents.
Nichole holds her Paralegal Certificate and Associate in Applied Science Degree in Paralegal Studies from Heald College, graduating with a 4.0 Grade Point Average. While in school she received an Award for Excellence in Legal Writing. Nichole also holds a Certificate in Human Resource Administration.
